INTRODUCTION

In the most intrinsic and intricate Internal relations web, Diplomacy has been a key component whether it is to maintain peace, strengthen unity, or soothe discord among nations. While diplomacy, in its literal sense, revolves around negotiations, treaties, and political manoeuvres, its most potent force functions quietly yet effectively. A key which we now know as cultural diplomacy. Cultural diplomacy can range from artistic collaboration and cultural exchanges to even festivals, and student exchange programs, all intended to foster mutual understanding and cooperation among nations. At its core, cultural diplomacy recognizes the true value behind the exchange of cultural experiences as it transcends boundaries, bridges the gaps of differences, and pursues lasting relationships.
