Her research focus is Peace-building, democratic transitions, Security-sector reform, foreign policy, ethnic conflict and European Union (EU). Earlier, she has been part of Mercy Corps, Women in Security Conflict Management and Peace (WISCOMP), a leading South-Asian think-tank and Indo-Global Social Service Society (IGSSS).
