Zahoor has written extensively on public policy, sustainable development, plastic pollution, energy policy, international relations, emerging technologies such as AI, and data sciences in various magazines, think tanks and newspapers. As a Research Fellow at the Jammu Kashmir Policy Institute, he seeks to constructively engage in research on sustainability, environmental governance, environmental diplomacy and development in Kashmir.
