Climate-related challenges, including extreme weather events, resource depletion, and environmental degradation, further destabilise fragile states. This paper explores the link between conflict and climate vulnerability through case studies from the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. It examines how climate change exacerbates food and water insecurity, drives displacement, and heightens the risk of renewed conflict. The study also outlines policy recommendations for addressing climate-related risks in conflict zones.
